1) ABSOLUTELY no refunds, returns or exchanges. ALL SALES FINAL.  Please do not request special consideration since we are fair and consistent with our policies for all customers.  We regret any inconvenience this industry standard policy may cause, please make your selections accordingly.By checking the “I agree with the online sales policy” button and submitting your order you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

2) You are solely responsible for choosing the correct size. (Make sure to use the size charts that are located under the size tab of the dress you have chosen)

 

3) All of Coco's Chateau merchandise is inspected by a quality assurance team, to make sure there are no flaws.

 

4) Our Hottest dresses sellout so fast it is impossible for us to guarantee that every style on our website will be available when you place your order.  If this should happen we will NOT charge your credit card and we will contact you immediately so you can choose an alternative or continue shopping.

 

5) Shipping dates on web orders are estimated with your wearing date considered.

 

6) Rush Fees may be added to receive your order on time.

7) All orders have an addtional standard shipping fee of $35.00
